All sales are final, with limited exceptions

We consider exceptions for failed authenticity, wrong size, or life emergencies. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and the reason for your request. Keep the item in the condition received.

Authenticity

Items are checked before listing. If an item fails an independent authenticity review, contact us with the evidence so we can investigate and arrange a resolution.

Fees and approval

An approved return or exception may carry a fee. Any fee, shipping responsibility, and refund amount will be disclosed and agreed with you before the return is arranged. Fees are confirmed before you return an item. Your statutory rights still apply.
